Misconceptions abound in aibrushing, here's an example of those misconceptions. Airbrush @ Fine Art Surrey Heckling to commence after the break. Airbrushing is considered an illustrators' technique because the smooth result is dictated by the machine and not the artist's hand. That single statement prompted a good heckling. I publicly dare this article's author to prove that "smooth results are only dictated by the machine" by actually using an airbrush since they obviously haven't used one before. Secondly someone really needed to think through the implications of their elitist disdain and follow these thoughts through to conclusion such as this. I offer this list of "illustrator's techniques".
